Poised to become a focal point here at Ellis, the planned Village Center will offer neighborhood-serving retail, food, beverages and places for neighbors to gather and socialize. A K–8 school in the esteemed Jefferson School District is also set to lay roots within walking distance to every Ellis neighborhood—paving the way to a bright future for every young mind within the community.
Last but not leash, a brand new dog park is yet another upcoming addition to Ellis’ amenities. From endless rounds of fetch to tail-wagging meetups, your furry friends can play to their heart’s content.
When adventure calls, Ellis’ convenient location in the Tracy Triangle makes outings effortless. Just five minutes from I-580 and less than five miles to Downtown Tracy, the community crowns each resident as the author of their own agenda—with plenty of bucket list-destinations close by to choose from. Prefer to be a passenger? With the ACE train nearby, every POI is within reach.
