Sprouts Farmers Market is set to open on September 4, 2026, with additional businesses opening shortly thereafter, including: Paris Baguette, Chipotle, Wingstop, Slice House, Firehouse Subs, Pho Island, Pokemoto, Chocolate Fish Coffee, Great Clips, NT Nails, Pacific Dental Services and BMO Bank. Catering to both Ellis residents and the greater Tracy community, it is designed to bring new energy to the area while serving as a true neighborhood hub.
