Fresh News: Sprouts is Coming to Ellis Village Center
One of the most anticipated additions to Ellis—and to Tracy—is officially on its way.

We’re thrilled to share that Sprouts Farmers Market is coming soon to Ellis Village Center, the retail and services hub that will serve both residents and the greater Tracy community. Construction on the Sprouts location is expected to begin in fall 2025, kicking off the next exciting chapter of community life here.
As the anchor tenant of Ellis Village Center, Sprouts will bring healthy, fresh grocery options just minutes from your front door—making everyday errands easier and more enjoyable. Whether it’s your weekly shop or a last-minute dinner run, having Sprouts nearby adds a new level of accessibility and convenience.
